Zee5 has dropped the trailer for its upcoming original film ‘Dial 100’ and this Manoj Bajpayee starrer cop drama is one hell of a mysterious ride. ‘Dial 100’ will premiere only on Zee5 on 6th August, 2021.
The trailer begins with an anonymous call from a distressed woman at the police emergency control room one night. But she only wants to talk to officer Nikhil Sood (Manoj Bajpayee) and when she does she begins with expressing her shocking desire to die. While Nikhil tries to ask for her and her vehicle’s details, she has something else she wants to talk about.
Some at the station think that Nikhil received a prank call, but Nikhil knows deep down that the woman was serious and had a mission on her mind which she was determined to accomplish. The lady on the call talks about buying a gun, which perplexes Nikhil who later finds out that the mysterious woman knew his name even before he told her.
Connecting the dots officer Nikhil finds out that the woman is Seema Pallav (Neena Gupta), mother of Amar Pallav whom she has lost. But the tables have turned and it’s Nikhil’s family that is in danger now as Seema kidnaps his wife Prerna (Sakshi Tanwar) from his house and his son Dhruv isn’t safe either.
On her quest for justice Seema has dangerous plans for Nikhil’s family and he must do anything and everything to protect them. Seema’s actions aren’t just an afterthought but a well planned strategy which includes cutting the lines of police emergency control room. Will Nikhil be able to save his family and find out what Seema wants?
Rensil D’Silva has written and directed ‘Dial 100’. He is known for his works like ‘Kurbaan’, ‘Ungli’, tv series ‘24’ and more. The mystery-thriller films stars a spectacular cast of Manoj Bajpayee, Neena Gupta and Sakshi Tanwar in the lead.
‘Dial 100’ has been produced by Sony Pictures Films India in association with Siddharth P. Malhotra and Sapna Malhotra under their banner Alchemy Films.
‘Dial 100’ will release exclusively on Zee5 on 6th August, 2021.
