Hotstar Helps has replied with the correct release date with a user who was asking about it.

So according to the latest announcement, this highly anticipated Telugu film will premiere on 21st January.
This film stars Nandamuri Balakrishna alongwith Pragya Jaiswal, Jagapathi Babu and Srikanth.
It was released in theatres on 2nd December 2021 and was a commercial success. Critics however were not unanimously happy with the film and gave mixed responses to it.
Akhanda is a highly cliched and unrealistic story.
Nandamuri Balakrishna plays a double role of twins called Akhanda Rudra Sikandar Aghora and Murali Krishna.
The latter lives a normal life but the former one is raised by the Aghoris. He is a highly principled and committed man who works for the society.
Regardless, the film is for a very nice audience and if you find yourself to be falling in that then all you need to wait is for 21st January.
