Rangbaaz, a new series is streaming now on Zee5. But did you realize that? Worry not if you haven’t because Zee5 simply forgot to make a noise about the series.
Zee5 is currently enjoying the success of Janhit Mein Jaari which has “officially” surpassed the views of RRR on their platform. Well, that may seem absurd but that is what it is.
Regardless, meanwhile promoting a film whose streaming rights fell into the lap of the platform, they blatantly ignored putting any attention on their original series.
Rangbaaz is a potent series whose first season got a decent response from the audience. Given the fact, they should work on creating a wider audience than the present one but Alas!!
Normally OTT platforms particularly Netflix put a great many efforts into endorsing any sequel series and that’s why the subsequent seasons garner much greater views than the original first season.
If we look at the previous 24 hours of the Twitter feed of Zee5 then we would find only two posts related to Rangbaaz. It is ridiculous how the platform is ignorant of series which can benefit only them.
If we see the case of The Broken News then Sonali Bendre and a decent marketing strategy helped pull the series to 100 million streaming minutes.
Looking at the buzz of the series on Twitter, it is practically impossible for the series to gain traction now and the credit goes to Zee5 only.
