If we see Indian OTT right from its inception then we notice that JioCinema has been in existence for a long long time. But little did people care about it.
It was a platform people used to visit for watching great films that were anyways available for free. But more or less it remained inactive and thus uninteresting.
But the way it has grown into one of the most prominent OTT platforms in the last 6 months is truly commendable.
The recent rage was Big Boss OTT 2 which finally got over last night after the victory of Elvish Yadav.
Naturally, with the winning of one contestant comes disappointment from the collective fans of all other contestants.
This is precisely what happened as those unhappy with the victory of Elvish Yadav or even sad with Big Boss OTT Season 2 getting over announced that they would delete the JioCinema app from their phone.
But it is not a concerning threat as such comments came even after IPL got over but we all know it was futile.
Although most of the content on JioCinema anyways remains not so impactful among people, it is important for the platform to keep themselves upgraded with content quality and not merely quantity.
