Disney+ Hotstar is all set for an exclusive launch of 10 films from the Russian Film Festival in India. Starting from today i.e. 16th October, the festival will continue till 27th November, 2021.
Making the announcement on social media, Disney+ Hotstar wrote, Bringing you 10 spectacular films from the #RussianFilmFestival exclusively on #DisneyPlusHotstar 🤩”
Russian Film Festival is organised by Roskino, Russia’s state body that represents Russian content, including films, series and animation in the international market and also promotes Russian talent abroad. The partners of the film festival include Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, Cinema Fund, Kartina Entertainment and Discover Moscow.
These following ten Russian films are available to stream on Disney+ Hotstar with English subtitles:
Jetlag
The film follows a troubled couple, Nikita and Zhenya, who were about to take a flight together but fate splits them and while Nikita ends up in Thailand, Zhenya reaches Berlin. Moreover, they both get involved in love triangles disrupting the existing relationships. But all this and the distance makes them realise and feel more connected than ever.
Another Woman
Masha is a gynaecologist and so busy with her work that she more than often doesn’t have much time for her family. Frustrated by this her husband decides to leave her and since Masha is one who doesn’t like to lose, she isn’t ready to lose her husband to a young and good looking fitness coach. She even resorts to supernatural beliefs to get him back. In the process life presents her a new opportunity and now she must decide if the old flame is worth reigniting.
Tell Her
An emotional heart warming tale of an 11 year old boy who must choose between his mother and father who are now divorced. He loves both of them, and both of them love him and that’s what makes it really difficult for him to decide whether he wants to stay with his father or go to the United States with his mother.

Following the events of the original film, Nadya and Sasha are now married and have a daughter together, but not without a price. Nadya is gone and Sasha struggles to raise their daughter alone while protecting her from what took her mother away and doing what he loves.
