Disney+ Hotstar and SonyLIV are looking forward towards the coming days of February, which is all set to be filled with top sporting events around the world. Both the streaming giants are two of the primary source for streaming worldwide sports in India. And both of them are looking to churn out big numbers from the audience this month courtesy of two of the most anticipated events of the year.
SonyLIV has been advertising the advent of 2021 Australian Open for quite some time now and the tournament finally went underway on 8th February. The global Tennis event is also the first grandslam of 2021. Also known as the happy slam, this year’s Australian Open has got everyone excited for various reasons. World No.1 Novak Djokovic will be on a quest for his 18th grandslam title and his arch rival Rafael Nadal will begin his journey for the 21st grandslam, thus becoming the first mens player to achieve the feat.
Seeing the fan following these superstars and the sport of Tennis itself enjoys in India, SonyLIV is streaming every major match on its application. The tournament is will be running from 8th-21st February 2021, hence covering almost a fortnight worth of the month.

The popcorn worthy series’ first match was won by England and the second test match is scheduled to begin from 13th February.
