Disney Plus Hotstar today released an action-packed teaser of all the content that will premiere on the platform on November 12th, that is ‘Disney Plus Day‘. For those who don’t know, November 12th was the day when The Walt Disney Company launched its flagship streaming platform, Disney Plus, two years ago. The entertainment behemoth now celebrates the day as Disney Plus Day, a global event that celebrates Disney’s longstanding commitment to entertain masses all over.
In celebration of the occasion, Disney Plus and Disney Plus Hotstar will premiere more a mind-boggling 100 hours of content for its 100M+ subscribers! The offerings include much-awaited Marvel film ‘Shang-Chi And The Legend Of The Ten Rings‘, Disney movie ‘Jungle Cruise‘, new series ‘Home Sweet Home Alone’, alongside all-new content from the service’s iconic brands Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, and Star in international markets.
For Indian viewers, Disney Plus Day will bring them the much-awaited prequel to Hotstar Specials series ‘Special Ops’. Titled ‘Special Ops 1.5: The Himmat Singh Story’, it will be a highly-anticipated addition to the Special Ops Universe helmed by Neeraj Pandey, starring Kay Kay Menon as the mastermind R&AW agent. Himmat Singh will be the biggest offering for Indian audiences on Disney Plus Day.
Not just the above, the day will also bring information on new content that is in development at Disney Plus. In honor of the second anniversary of Disney+, non-subscribers will also gain access to 100 hours of content across genres, participate in exciting new social promotions and experiences across the company as an added offering to the celebrations.
