Disney+Hotstar has announced its upcoming South Korean projects in a new teaser. The Korean slate for 2023 includes Moving, Vigilante, The Worst of Evil, Family: The Unbreakable Bond, the documentary on SUGA and many other things.
It includes many films and shows and some of them are listed below.
Moving: Adapted from a cartoon of the same name created by Kang Full, Moving tells the story of teenagers who find they have powers that they inherited from their secret agent parents. The government is now tracking them down to stop them and the superhero kids have to escape from the government.
The Worst Of Evil: The Worst Of Evil tells the story of a investigative agency and an officer Kang Joonmo who busts the drug racket that is spreading its net in Korea, Japan and China.
SUGA: Road To D-Day: This will feature the very famous member of the boy band BTS and talk about his personal life and his tour for the search of inspiration for his new album D-Day.
Han River Police: Han River Police is a comedy action series and it will be telling the story of the Police Force near Seoul’s Han River and how they deal with dangerous crimes and imminent threats like terrorist attacks.
Vigilante: Vigilante is a revenge drama where the protagonist Kim Jiyong resorts to violence after he fails to give justice to his brutally murdered mother. He turns into a vigilante and goes on punishing the guilty.
Race: Coming out on the 10th of May, Race is a workplace drama that tells the story of Park Yoonjo who is recruited for her ethnicity to elevate the diversity in the office. When se gets to know this, she tries to make it up with her efficiency.
Apart from these few, some other shows were announced too. Like ‘Psy Summer Swag 2022’, ‘This Zone: Survival Mission 2’, ‘Revenant’, ‘Pandora: Beneath The Paradise’, ‘Family: The Unbreakable Bond’, ‘Dr Romantic 3’ and ‘First Responders’.
