The movie has Amit Sadh and Taapsee Pannu in the lead roles. Amit Sadh plays the role of a young Muslim man who comes to Mumbai with a job and he fakes his identity to get a room on rent. His actual name is Siraj, he takes the name Suresh and fits into the apartment perfectly. The landlord’s daughter falls in love with him and a sweet episode of romance follows. But soon, Siraj’s identity is revealed and he has to confront the landlord. Also Neelu, the daughter of the landlord breaks up with him.
The picture quality and visuals of the film are not that good but it is of course an entertaining story. The performances by the actors are good too. Baarish And Chowmein gives a different vibe than most films of the genre and you will not regret watching it. It is available to watch on Zee5 and there is no profanity or nudity in the film.
