Anna O’Donnell, the girl, is not apparently eating anything, still she keeps good health and stays perfectly fit. It looks like a supernatural event or a medical marvel and an intelligent nurse Lib Wright is sent to watch her over. It comes to a huge shock and a matter of hope for the famine stricken Irish people.
‘The Wonder’ came out in 2022 and starred Florence Pugh in the lead role and Lib Wright. Kíla Lord Cassidy played the role of Anna O’Donnell and there were other wonderful actors like Tom Burke, Niamh Algar, Elaine Cassidy etc. The movie is directed by popular filmmaker Sebastián Lelio. The style and execution of the movie is beautiful and you will not regret watching it. The rural vibe and the thrilling unfolding of the story will blow your mind.
