Dulquer Salmaan is an extremely talented and celebrated artist. His recent release Kurup is topping the Netflix charts and wooing audiences in not only Malayalam but also Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada.
Regardless, as announced yesterday the first look of his next film is out. In the same poster, we can see that Netflix has again bought digital rights. With Kurup, Netflix seems to have developed more confidence in Dulquer.
Dulquer Salmaan’s next film is titled Hey Sinamika! and features Kajal Agarwal, Aditi Rao Haidari in the lead role alongside Salmaan.
He will be seen playing the character of Yaazhan in the film. Unlike Kurup, this film will be made in the Tamil language and not Malayalam.
Brinda is a well-known choreographer in the South Indian industry. She is debuting as a director from this film itself.
The film is being produced by Jio Studios in partnership with Global One Studios.
It has been scheduled to release on 25th February 2022 only in theatres. Quite obviously it will be released on Netflix after it is off from the theatres. But alongside Netflix, we can also see the logo of Voot on the poster.
Just like Shershaah, it might be possible that Hey Sinamika releases on Voot after its world television premiere.
