Early Reviews Hail Netflix’s Korean Horror ‘All Of Us Are Dead’

The latest Korean horror instalment, All Of Us Are Dead, is now streaming on Netflix. The series is an unusual blend of zombie horror and high school teenage drama. It treasures a total of 12 binge-watching episodes, consisting of 53-72 min runtime. One of the most prominent Naver webtoons, Now at Our School, has served as an inspiration for the series. Check out what the early reviews are saying about the latest Korean instalment.

All Of Us Are Dead has generated a strong critical response so far. Netizens are hailing it as one of the best Korean shows ever. If we consider the present popularity of Korean shows, then the latest Netflix zombie horror may soon attract a large viewership towards the streaming platform. But not all reviews are positive. Prominent platforms like NME and South China Morning Post are not so happy with it. The former has blamed the show for chewing more than it can digest.

AOUAD may excel in terms of viewership like Squid Game. It seems like viewers will shower their love to the series after watching it. On the other hand, it may end up generating a more mixed-to-positive critical response.

The series starts with the conventional zombie breakout premise. A bunch of high school students get trapped by the zombies. They must find a way out while keeping aside their feelings towards one another.

Chun Sung-il has penned down the screenplay for All Of Us Are Dead. It stars Yoon Chan-young, Park Ji-hoo, Cho Yi-hyun, Park Solomon, Yoo In-soo, and many more.
