An Indian sports drama is skipping theatres and making its way to an OTT platform. This South Indian bilingual feature is called Clap and it will premiere on a major streaming platform, within 24 hours. Similar to most medium budget films, this upcoming feature film opted for a direct-to-OTT release due to the heavily varying Covid-19 conditions. What Is Clap All About?
This sports drama film follows a 30-something amputee who is seen reminiscing about the good old days – back when he was a national-level sprinter. He is slowly sinking into depression, with his wife noticing him slowly waste away. One day, he is introduced to a young state-level sprinter, Bagyalakshmi, who is looking for a coach to help her at the national-level. In What Language Will This Film Feature In?
Clap is a Tamil movie and hence, it will be available for viewing in said language. However, this movie will also be dubbed in Telugu and it will be available for streaming as well. The OTT platform will also provide English subtitles for the non-native speakers also.

The sports drama stars Aadhi and Aakanksha Singh in lead roles. Krishna Kurup, Brahmaji, Nassar, Prakash Raj, Mime Gopi and Munishkanth will be portraying the supporting roles. Clap is written and directed by Prithivi Adithya.
