Marvel’s ‘Secret Invasions’ list of stars just keeps getting better. Christopher McDonald is the latest star to be added to the list of some already stellar performers.
Marvel has been using its huge fandom well on the OTT space by creating several fascinating series of some of our favourite characters from the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Samuel L Jackson and Ben Mendelsohn. Olivia Coleman and Emilia Clarke are the other actors who will play lead roles in this series.
Marvel has adapted to this shifting landscape really well and Disney Plus has been profiting from all of these new digital ventures that have created a surreal buzz and are winning the hearts of fans all over the world. Marvel has also used this as a great way to introduce new and exciting characters into their universe. There is no confirmation as to what kind of role Christopher McDonald will be playing in this series but we for one are excited to see what is in store for us.
Marvel’s slate seems to be promising as with shows like ‘Loki’ and others. These series are also a great way to create a much richer and deeper character background. Marvel has always been adept at doing these through their solo movies but sometimes their limited resources and runtime may be a restricting factor in all of it.
Marvel fans are in for a spectacular treat this year and that may just be the thing that is required especially after all the ups and downs that we have been through in the recent past.
