There have been numerous movies and documentaries on WWII. This new documentary series, titled ‘Hitler and the Nazis: Evil on Trial,’ is another addition. What’s different about this show is that it still appeals to people. Watch the trailer, and you will soon realize.
The show is unapologetic about what was happening during the rule of Adolf Hitler. The trailer, recently released, reveals that this six-part series aims to tell us what was going on the eastern front of World War II, dealing with the history of the Third Reich.
What’s new in this series is the inclusion of William L. Shirer, an American journalist who covered everything that was going on at that time. The news and video recordings of the Nazi era provide us with stories that horrify us about his plan. The man was so adamant about his decision and the idea to eliminate an entire race from the earth. That’s what makes Hitler one of the most talked-about personalities of the past.
The series is directed by Joe Berlinger, who has previously worked on many documentaries and shows, including ‘Paradise Lost: The Child Murders at Robin Hood Hills,’ ‘Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile,’ ‘Conversations with a Killer: The Ted Bundy Tapes,’ and many more. ‘Hitler and the Nazis: Evil on Trial’ is set to premiere on June 5, only on Netflix.
