The bad journey for Borderlands continues as audiences give it a D+ on CinemaScore and 10% on Rotten Tomatoes, one of the lowest ratings this entire year.
The trailer of the film was pretty energetic, but it seems the film itself lacks energy. Being a weird mix of Mad Max and Guardians of the Galaxy, the film had potential but goes dry in no time.
The movie also opened with 0% on Rotten Tomatoes, which is an achievement for all the wrong reasons. As it stands, the film will be slapped hard, and with films like Alien: Romulus and The Crow coming up, they will definitely overshadow Borderlands.
