Yash Raj Films has unveiled the first look of Rani Mukerji and Saif Ali Khan from their upcoming comedy drama film ‘Bunty Aur Babli 2’. Helmed by Varun V. Sharma, ‘Bunty Aur Babli 2’ is all set to release in theatres on 19th November, 2021.
Rani Mukerji stars as Vimmy aka Babli while Saif plays the role of an overweight Rakesh aka Bunty in ‘Bunty Aur Babli 2’, the spiritual sequel to the 2005 hit film. In the first look posters released by Yash Raj Films, Rani is seen in a bright coloured retro look in one while in the other she is seen holding a measuring tape around Saif’s waist who has uplifted a gas cylinder. Well, looks like Vimmy is too disappointed with Rakesh for being so out of shape even though he seems to be trying hard.

Taking a leap of 10 years, the sequel ‘Bunty Aur Babli 2’ is a complete reboot and is set in today’s age and date. It introduces an incredibly fresh pair as the talented conmen Bunty Aur Babli. ‘Gully Boy’ fame Siddhant Chaturvedi is the new Bunty while the gorgeous debutant Sharavani plays the role of new Babli. So will it be the OGs vs the new Bunty Babli or something more in this much anticipated sequel.
Varun V. Sharma who served as assistant director for YRF’s biggest blockbusters like ‘Sultan’ and ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ has written and directed ‘Bunty Aur Babli 2’. Produced by Aditya Chopra, ‘Bunty Aur Babli 2’ will release in theatres on 19th November, 2021.
