Bachchhan Paandey’s latest track ‘Heer Raanjhana’ is out now and it’s all about the first time love. ‘Bachchhan Paandey’ starring Akshay Kumar, Kriti Sanon, Arshad Warsi and Jacqueline Fernandez will release in theatres this Holi on 18th March, 2022.
To the times when Bachchhan Paandey wasn’t as terrifying as he got later on, ‘Heer Raanjhana’ is a song about how he fell in love for the first time. Sung by the tremendous trio of Arjit Singh, Shreya Ghoshal and Amaal Malik, ‘Heer Raanjhana’ is composed by Amaal Malik with lyrics from Kumaar.
Featuring Akshay Kumar and Jacqueline Fernandez, ‘Heer Raanjhana’ is set in the colourful, celebratory backdrop of a fair with camels and fun rides all around. The theme of the music video matches with song signifying how falling in love for the first time feels nothing less than a celebration.
Directed by Farhad Samji, ‘Bachchhan Paandey’ follows Myra Devekar (Kriti Sanon), an aspiring director who wants to make a gripping gangster biopic flick. She wants to make a realistic film but also needs to satisfy the producers who want a commercial blockbuster. After much research she narrows down on the name of Bachchhan Paandey of Bhagwa. Together with her friend Vishu (Arshad Warsi) she starts to find out about him and develop a script but fails miserably every time. When she finally gains an insight into Bachchan’s life, she ends up getting caught by Bachchhan Paandey. What follows next is a roller coaster ride full of twists.
