The series is based on Satyajit Ray‘s story, ‘Darjeeling Jawmjawmat’ featuring Feluda. The story is set in the backdrop of pristine Darjeeling.
Hoichoi TV has also taken great pains to recreate the essence of the original story. Hence, the exclusive Bengali OTT platform has shot Feludar Goyendagiri in Darjeeling itself. The series is helmed by prolific Bengali director, Srijit Mukherji. Feludar Goyendagiri stars popular Bengali actor Tota Roy Chowdhury as Feluda. Actors Kalpan Mitra and Anirban Chakrabarti play Topshe and Jatayu, Feluda’s constant companions. The series also stars Rahul Banerjee, Saheb Bhattacharjee, Barun Chanda and Mainak Banerjee in pivotal roles.
