Blunt mentions how Houghton is reckless, fun, and adventurous, and someone being from that era and being the way she is, it was extraordinary for Emily Blunt. Also, it was such a setting of greenery and amazing background that not only the role of Dr. Lily Houghton called out for her, but also the entire setting of Disney’s Jungle Cruise. It definitely was the perfect movie to get back to work with for Emily Blunt.
