Find Out How Disney’s Jungle Cruise Was Special For Emily Blunt!

Disney’s “Jungle Cruise” is one of the most famous attractions for everyone that visits Disney’s theme parks. It has been a major hit amongst the audience, ever since it was released. Keeping this in mind Disney had planned to make a movie based on the ride. Plans for it were on, since 2004 and finally in 2021, we have received the movie “Jungle Cruise” starring Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Emily Blunt in lead roles. Ever since its release in July, Jungle Cruise has garnered quite a lot of attention from Disney lovers and The Rock and Emily Blunt fans. Finally, now, it’s time for the Indian audience to enjoy the grandiosity of Jungle Cruise in Indian theatres.

Jungle Cruise is all set for its release on Indian Screens on the 24th of September, 2021. The movie will release in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. The fun-filled adventure that stars Emily Blunt as researcher Dr. Lily Houghton, and Dwayne Johnson as Frank Wolff, set out on a journey to the middle of an Amazonian forest, in search of the “Tree of Life”. Set in the past, specifically in 1917, Jungle Cruise has been a phenomenal ride especially for Emily Blunt who essays the role of a researcher on a mission.

Emily Blunt is a brilliant actress and there are reasons she took up this rather fascinating role. She has been one lady who has grown up watching movies like “Romancing The Stone” and “Indiana Jones”. These are the movies that showed the world some of the most extraordinary, otherworldly safari adventures, so we can definitely understand the point Emily Blunt is talking about. Also not to mention, this is a movie set in the past, in a time where women were not given the status and luxury of being a scientist and researcher and the fact that she could portray such a role in Jungle Cruise meant a lot to her.

Emily Blunt’s role as Dr. Lily Houghton is one to look out for. It isn’t just Dwayne Johnson, but Emily Blunt too, that equally stole the show for Disney’s Jungle Cruise. Blunt mentions how Houghton is reckless, fun, and adventurous, and someone being from that era and being the way she is, it was extraordinary for Emily Blunt. Also, it was such a setting of greenery and amazing background that not only the role of Dr. Lily Houghton called out for her, but also the entire setting of Disney’s Jungle Cruise. It definitely was the perfect movie to get back to work with for Emily Blunt.

As for the movie, Disney’s Jungle Cruise is directed by Jaume Collet Serra, with a screenplay from Michael Green, Glenn Ficarra, and John Requa. It is produced by John Davis, John Fox, Dwayne Johnson, Beau Flynn, Dany Garcia, and Hiram Garcia. The movie is distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. Jungle Cruise stars Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt in lead roles along with Edgar Ramirez, Jack Whitehall, Jesse Plemons, and Paul Giamatti in lead roles.

So, this 24th September, if you want to watch a fun-filled adventure ride, Disney movie, you now know which one to go for. Disney’s Jungle Cruise is definitely the ultimate movie to look out for.
