Find Out How “Mimi” Beats “Bhuj: The Pride Of India” In This Aspect!

Find Out How “Mimi” Beats “Bhuj: The Pride Of India” In This Aspect!

In the last two days, two big stars of Bollywood dropped the trailers of their much-awaited movies. If you aren’t aware of what we are talking about, well we are talking about Bhuj: The Pride of India and Mimi trailers. Both of these trailers have left quite a big impact on the fans and movie buffs and everyone cannot wait to watch the movies. But, it is undeniable that in the movie world, there are massive competitions among the movies, regarding which one goes ahead and this time it is between Bhuj and Mimi, more specifically their trailers.

Bhuj: The Pride of India, dropped their trailer on the 12th of July, 2021. The trailer was released through three channels on YouTube. One being Disney+ Hotstar, T-Series and the other being Ajay Devgn Fflims. Collectively, the film’s trailer has garnered 14.2 Million views and counting, in two days’ time. The movie’s trailer was also shared by actors through their personal Instagram accounts through the facility of IGTV. 2.3 Million views were added to the trailers from the Instagram accounts of Ajay Devgn, Sonakshi Sinha, Sanjay Dutt, Nora Fatehi, and Sharad Kelkar.

As for the Mimi trailer, it was released on YouTube through two channels, which is one less than “Bhuj: The Pride of India”. It was released through Maddock Films and Netflix India’s channel and collectively the views of the trailers are 15.5 Million and counting at the moment. As for Instagram, the IGTV views count is 3.2 million views, with Kriti Sanon’s account alone counting for 2.3 million views. The views are collective of Kriti Sanon, Pankaj Tripathi, and Sai Tamhankar’s Instagram accounts. Also, Mimi is trending No. 1 at the moment on YouTube India.

Even though the trailers might have clashed with each other, it won’t be the case for the movies as “Mimi” is releasing on the 30th of July, 2021, and streaming on Netflix as well as Jio Cinemas. For “Bhuj: The Pride of India” is releasing on the 14th August 2021. The trailers definitely show which movie was able to reach more audience than the other, but again there are factors that affect them too.

As for Mimi, one of the prime channels was Netflix India, which garners way more attention than anything. So definitely, that is supposed to have more views. Also, along with that for the IGTV views, Kriti Sanon has 40.3 million followers and Ajay Devgn has 7 million followers, clearly, Kriti Sanon ought to have more views. For Bhuj: The Pride of India, maximum IGTV views came from Nora Fatehi’s account with a staggering 9.8 Lakh views, she has the most number of followers amongst her cast members and one of the most active people on social media, of the entire lot.

All these factors hamper the views a lot and hence one can understand why and how Mimi is taking the lead in the race at the moment. The stories of both the movies are poles apart but they are nothing less than unique and interesting in their own way. Only the release of the movies and the reviews from critics and fans will be able to tell who came out on the top.

Till then, have a look at both of these trailers:
