The first three episodes of the second season of Korean drama ‘Big Bet‘ are now available to watch on Disney+Hotstar. The show is directed by well known Korean director Kang Yoon-sung. It is a crime action thriller and is originally called ‘Kanjiro’.
The show tells the story of a man in Philippines who gets to the top of the casino business afterany struggles and becomes like the Mafia in the business. He after getting much power, is challenged by an unfortunate chain of events. He gets framed for amurder and he has to play a risky bet to save his life and put it back to tracks.
The first season of the show premiered on the 21st of December last year. It had total of eight episodes. ‘Big Bet’ stars actors like Choi Min-sik, Son Suk-ku and Lee Dong-hwi in the lead roles. Choi Min-sik has a huge fan following all over the world. He has impressed his fans time and again with his performances like in ‘Old Boy’ and he is quite popular in India too, so it can be said that the show will have much popularity in India as well. The music is composed by Yoon Il Sang. The show is created by Walt Disney Media Korea.
