Fourth part of the ‘American Story’ franchise, ‘American Sport Story’ is a sports anthology series developed by Stu Zicherman. In this first season, the show will focus on the rise and fall of former NFL player Aaron Fernandez. FX’s ‘American Sports Story: Aaron Fernandez’ will premiere on FX on 17th September, 2024 and most probably on the same day on Disney+ Hotstar in India.
In the trailer, the story follows a talented player Aaron Fernandez whose career gets ruined when he gets involved in all sorts of bad things, including drugs, gangs and crime. Unable to think clearly most of the time, he is able to focus only when he is playing.
‘American Sports Story: Aaron Fernandez’ is the story of a former player of New England Patriots and convicted murderer, Aaron Fernandez. The ten part series stars Josh Andrés Rivera, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Lindsay Mendez, Tony Yazbeck, Jake Cannavale, Catfish Jean, Jaylon Barren and more.
Stu Zicherman has created ‘American Sports Story: Aaron Fernandez’ and also executive produces it alongside Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk, Nina Jacobson, Brad Simpson, Alexis Martin Woodall, Eric Kovtun, Hernan Lopez, Marshall Lewy, Linda Pizutti Henry, and Ira Napoliello.
