The trailer of Sai Pallavi’s upcoming movie, Gargi, is out now. She plays a school teacher in this courtroom drama who goes to extreme lengths to save her father. Richie fame Gautham Ramachandra has written and helmed this one.
Viewers will witness Pallavi portraying the titular character. Her character lives a normal life as a school teacher in the movie. But her happy and peaceful life faces pandemonium after her father gets arrested for a gruesome crime case. However, she strongly believes that her father is innocent. As a result, she decides to protect him at any cost. But her fight for justice throws tons of obstacles in her path.
The actress last appeared in Venu Udugula’s Virata Parvam opposite Rana Daggubati. Despite receiving a fantastic critical reception, the film performed poorly at the box office, earning only 12 crores against the budget of 15 crores.
Sai Pallavi has shared the links of the ‘Gargi’ trailer in her latest tweet with the caption: “#Gargi…She’ll need your love and blessing. I’m extremely elated to share the trailer with you all!”
Apart from the leading lady, Gargi has Kaali Venkat, Aishwarya Lekshmi, R.S.Shivaji, Kalaimaamani Saravanan, Jayaprakash, Prathap, Sudha, and many more performers. The film is a product of Paramvah Studios. On the other hand, KRG Studios has handled its distribution. Additionally, it is a Govind Vasantha musical. Shafique Mohamed Ali has edited this one.
