Netflix has finally dropped the trailer for season two of its family comedy drama series ‘Ginny & Georgia’. Created by Sarah Lampert, ‘Ginny & Georgia’ season two will premiere exclusively on Netflix on 5th January, 2023.
At the end of season 1, Ginny (Antonia Gentry) along with her little brother Austin (Diesel La Torraca) had run away on Marcus’ (Felix Mallard) motorcycle. ‘Ginny & Georgia’ season 2 trailer picks up just weeks after that and shows Ginny trying hard to cope up with all the running compared to her mother Georgia (Brianne Howey) who made it look pretty normal.
On the other hand Georgia shows that she is unaffected by her children home while in reality she is missing them a lot. And then there’s a lot going on in ‘Ginny & Georgia’ season 2 as new relationships and challenges await the mother-daughter duo as they navigate life in Wellsbury.
Ginny’s teenage life feels all messed up as she deals with family, friends and relationships. Meanwhile Georgia, who always tries to put up a strong front, seems to celebrate her engagement with fiancé Paul (Scott Porter) who has been re-elected as mayor. But as secrets from the past unravel they threaten everything.
Created by Sarah Lampert and showrun by Debra J. Fisher, ‘Ginny & Georgia’ season two stars Antonia Gentry, Brianne Howey, Diesel La Torraca, Felix Mallard, Scott Porter, Jennifer Robertson, Sara Waisglass, Raymond Ablack, Aaron Ashmore and Nathan Mitchell among others.
