The much awaited update on the Vicky Kaushal, Tripti Dimri and Ammy Virk starrer has finally surfaced. Titled ‘Bad Newz’, the film is set to hit the silver screens on July 19th, with the motion poster having been released earlier today.
Producer Karan Johar took to instagram to share a glimpse of the trio in action, with the guarantee of an uproarious comedy marked by true events. Previously the flick was titled Mere Mehboob Mere Sanam, “Bad Newz” is the first collaboration between Vicky, Tripti and Ammy and has been in production for a while. Last year, the behind-the-scenes footage from sets in Croatia had gone viral where Vicky and Triptii were shooting a part of a song. The film is under the direction of Anand Tiwari.
Amidst all the buzz, it has been confirmed that the OTT rights to this film have already been bagged by Amazon Prime Video, however, an official release date on the platform has not been announced yet. Keep your eyes peeled as we cover more of the hottest updates as they come.
