The recently released Amazon Prime Video special series The Forgotten Army has created a Guinness World Record. It is for largest Indian cinematic music band performing together.
On the occasion of Republic Day, over a thousand musicians assembled to perform the songs from the album of The Forgotten Army. It was the largest assembly for musicians ever in India. They paid tribute to the “Azad Hind Fauz”, the forgotten army on whom the series was made. The event happened at a hotel in Mumbai.
The entire cast and crew of The Forgotten Army including the main names like director Kabir Singh, musician Pritam, lead actor Sunny Kaushal and others attended the event to make it a memorable one for all. Pritam, the composer, was thrilled with the record-breaking live rendition of his songs.
The Forgotten Army is streaming on Amazon Prime Video from January 24th. It marks the debut of Kabir Khan, director of Ek Tha Tiger and Bajarangi Bhaaijan, on the digital medium. Going by the response, it is getting; it looks like he has succeeded in creating a mark here as well.
