Harvey Specter is back! The first look at Gabriel Macht’s forthcoming appearance in the spin-off series, Suits LA, has finally arrived. And yes, we cannot contain our excitement!
NBC has dropped a new teaser for the upcoming spin-off entry, which is scheduled to premiere on February 23. It shows Macht as the iconic and stylish Harvey Specter for just about three seconds, but that’s enough to please many fans of the original show.
Previously, NBC confirmed that Harvey Specter would appear in Suits LA for a few episodes. It’s now been widely reported that he’ll actually be in three episodes.
We don’t know why Harvey has found his way to the spin-off show. However, according to the leading man, Stephen Amell, Harvey shares some interesting history with his character, Ted Black. The reason behind Harvey’s arrival will be teased in the pilot episode, which is less than a week away from its premiere.
Suits LA will focus on former prosecutor Ted Black, who represents important clients in the entertainment industry and other fields on the West Coast. However, the glamorous life isn’t all it’s cracked up to be.
People Magazine recently asked Macht about the reason behind his decision to join the spin-off. This is what the actor replied: “I’m just doing it for the fans. I’m not doing it for me. I’ve done it 134 times. I’m not doing it for me.”
Macht’s return as Harvey was confirmed in November 2024. However, at that time, the actor himself denied any involvement in the upcoming spin-off series. Well, it seems like we have caught someone’s white lie.
Apart from Gabriel Macht and Stephen Amell, NBC’s Suits LA will feature other talents such as Josh McDermitt, Lex Scott Davis, Bryan Greenberg, Victoria Justice, Troy Winbush, Alice Lee, Azita Ghanizada, and more. Stay tuned for further updates.
