Brahmāstra: Part One Shiva has been released and all eyes rest on Vikram Vedha now. Although the original Tamil version is nothing less than a masterpiece, the trailer of the Hindi remake has left the audience extremely excited.
Vikram Vedha is all set to drop in theatres on the 30th of September. Although it is led by two heroes, you might have noticed something peculiar about the film.
It has Saif Ali Khan and Hrithik Roshan leading the cast. When the Hindi film was announced with the cast then everyone assumed that Saif would play the role of the dreaded villain while Hrithik would unleash charm by playing the good cop. Saif Ali Khan is exceptionally talented and he has played characters like Langda Tyagi in Omkara and Gossain in Laal Kaptaan. They are immortal portrayals and undoubtedly one of the finest cynical of all time.
Hrithik Roshan on the other hand has played characters like Vikram in Bang Bang and War.
But the tables turned and fans were excited to see Hrithik Roshan as Vedha. Because the original played by Vijay Sethupathi is too great and fans were skeptical whether Hrithik would be able to pull that character off.
Watching the trailer makes it clear that Hrithik has done a tremendous job.
Due to the same thing, fans are hailing the name of Hrithik Roshan and somewhere we find Saif Ali Khan getting lost in the noise.
In the teaser too, Hrithik Roshan got some dialogues while Saif remained mute. Even the posts used by Reliance Entertainment usually feature Hrithik Roshan solely.
Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan are not sharing screen space for the first time as they were seen together in Na Tum Jaano Na Hum.
But this time it’s different. Normally if the anti-hero is strong then they make a bigger impact on the audience. The same happened in Darr, Padmaavat, and even Agneepath when Sanjay Dutt outshined Hrithik.
The final verdict would be out only after the release but currently, people are certainly more excited about Vedha than they are about Vikram. A quick look at the comment section of the trailer clarifies all. .
