Netflix has dripped the trailer for the second of its popular show ‘Heartstopper’ and the love is gonna bloom once again. Helmed by Alice Oseman, ‘Heartstopper’ season 2 will land on Netflix on 3rd August, 2023.
‘Heartstopper’ season 2 trailer has been he students of Truham Grammar School setting off for France. In the second season the show follows young couple Nick Nelson and Charlie Spring as they navigate their relationship, prepare for prom and more.
Though their friends are in the loop, Nick isn’t publicly out at school and Charlie wants to make sure Nick’s coming out experience is way less traumatic than his own. In season two, Nick and Charlie navigate their new relationship, Tara (Corinna Brown) and Darcy (Kizzy Edgell) face unforeseen challenges, and Tao and Elle work out if they can ever be more than just friends. With exams on the horizon, a school trip to Paris and a prom to plan, the gang has a lot to juggle as they journey through the next stages of life, love and friendship.
Based on Alice Oseman’s graphic novel series, ‘Heartstopper’ season 2 is based on volume 3 and is said to have a different vibe than season 1. The show stars Kit Connor, Joe Locke, Ash Self, Yasmin Finney, Sebastian Croft, William Gao, Olivia Colman, Corinna Brown, Kizzy Edgell, Tobie Donovan, Rhea Norwood, Cormac Hyde-Corrin and Jenny Walser among others.
‘Heartstopper’ season two will premiere only on Netflix on 3rd August, 2023.
