Here’s What Vaibhav Pandey Of Netflix’s Kota Factory Is Upto In S2
The Viral Fever’s much awaited black and white series ‘Kota Factory’ season 2 is set to premiere on Netflix in just three days on 24th September and we know you can’t wait to know what’s been going on with Vaibhav Pandey (Mayur More) the entire time.
In the first season we saw how Vaibhav, a 16 year old student moved from his hometown Itarsi to Kota, a hub for many coaching centres where students from across the country come to prepare for various entrance examinations. While he didn’t get admission into the coaching he desired, he still maintained to settle in the new environment, made new friends, found a great mentor and also fell in love.
In this new season, he has now got what he wanted and that is entry into the coaching of his choice but at what cost? Anyways, Vaibhav is not happy with how they teach physics in this new institute and turns to Jeetu Bhaiya (Jeetendra Kumar) for help. He also takes a stand for himself, though not in an arrogant but in a confident manner, when he says that yes he is different from others and rightly so.
On the love front, Shivangi (Ahsaas Channa) makes both Vaibhav and Vartika (Revathi Pillai) realise how they both like each other but are afraid to admit it and ignore each other despite being in the same class, making it all complicated for no reason.
Meanwhile Vaibhav also visits home where his mother who had sent her son away for the first time pours her love for him but even when he is out of Kota, Kota doesn’t seem to have been out of him. All things aside, Vaibhav is moving on to greener pastures for a better future and that might mean leaving a lot of things in between.
Coming from the makers of hit shows like ‘Pitchers’, ‘Aspirants’, ‘Tripling’ and more, ‘Kota Factory’ season 2 is an authentic enthralling tale of the struggles a young adult faces, the choices he/she needs to make and presents to the audience the ugly pressure competitive exams often create in India.
Directed by Raghav Subbu who also serves as the show runner along with Shreyansh Pandey, ‘Kota Factory’ season 2 stars an ensemble cast of Jeetendra Kumar, Mayur More, Ranjan Raj, Alam Khan, Ahsaas Channa, Revathi Pillai and Urvi Singh.
