Jordan Peele’s highly popular latest film ‘Nope’ is all set to release in theatres in India on 19th August, 2022. After ‘Get Out’ and ‘Us’, ‘Nope’ is Peele’s third directorial venture and just like the last two this one also went on to become a great hit at the box office.

Kaluuya who also starred in Peele’s ‘Get Out’ is the recipient of multiple accolades including an Academy Award, two BAFTA Awards and a Golden Globe Award among many others. Talking about Yeun, he is the first Asian American actor to have received nomination for the Academy Award for Best Actor for his 2020 film ‘Minari’.
Gripping Storyline:
The film follows Haywood siblings OJ (Kaluuya) and Emerald (Palmer) who inherit their father’s ranch. Soon their lives takes an unexpected horrifying turn when they discover a scary looking cloud like UFO over their ranch. ‘Nope’ offers a unique blend of sci-if with horror that surprisingly works great together. The film has been praised for its originality and ambitious scope.

‘Nope’ premiered at the TCL Chinese Theatres in Los Angeles on 18th July, 2022 before its theatrical release in the US on 22nd July, 2022. From amazing first reactions, the film was heaped with praises from both critics and audience. The film also did quite good at the box office and now with its global release the numbers are expected to go higher.
