The Stronghold – Netflix, French action adventure film
Netflix grabbed this hotly-anticipated French action thriller from director Cédric Jimenez at Cannes 2021. Three Marseille cops get a chance to bust a major drug network, but with extreme and morally ambiguous means.

Those Who Wish Me Dead – Amazon Prime Video, film
Those Who Wish Me Dead is a survival thriller that showcases Jolie as a smoke jumper named Hannah – an expert firefighter, trained to operate with parachutes. She is on the run with 12-year-old Connor (Australian actor Finn Little) who is stalked by two deadly assassins (Nicholas Hoult and Aidan Gillen). Together, Hannah and Connor have to outrun both, their hunters and a wildfire raging around them.
Haathi Mere Saathi – Eros Now, film
A human – animal conflict film that is centred on an elephant and its deep love and bond with its owner. It stars Rana Daggubati, Pulkit Samrat, Shriya Pilgaonkar in pivotal roles.
Bell Bottom – Amazon Prime Video, Film
A spy thriller set in the backdrop of the eighties. Akshay Kumar plays a secret agent tasked by the Indian government to put an end to the series of plane hijacks that are getting more on the nose of the Indian administration
Maestro – Disney Plus Hotstar, Telugu film
The Telugu remake of Andhadun, starring Nithiin, Tamannaah Bhatia and Nabha Natesh in primary roles. Nithiin plays the blind piano player who stumbles upon a murder and gets embroiled in the criminal agenda of the kingpin.
Priyuralu – SonyLIV, Telugu film
Priyuralu stars Prudhvi Medavaram, Kaushik Reddy, Kalpala Mounika, and Kamakshi Bhaskar in pivotal roles, and is directed by Rama Raju. It centres on an extra-marital affair and its effect on the marriage.
Unheard – Disney Plus Hotstar, Telugu series
A different take on the freedom struggle, told from the perspective of unknown people and their unheard tales. Directed by Aditya KV and produced by Ellanar Films, and starring Srinivas Avasarala, Priyadarshi, Chandini Chowdary, Baladitya and Ajay.
