Ethan Coen, of the famous Coen brothers, has announced his next movie now and it is titled ‘Honey Don’t’. ‘Honey Don’t’ will be a comedy and will most probably be releasing next year.
The star-cast of the movie has been made official. The movie will have Margaret Qualley, Aubrey Plaza, Chris Evans in the lead roles and there will be other actors like Charlie Day, Billy Eichner, Gabby Beans, Talia Ryder, Kristin Connolly etc.
This is the first time Margaret Qualley, Aubrey Plaza and Chirs Evans are working together. Of course this is the first time for Plaza and Evans to work with the director as well. Qualley has acted in ‘Drive Away Dolls’ by Coen which is also a comedy. The makers have said that ‘Honey Don’t’ will have a similar treatment like Drive Away Dolls.
The cast has been quite impressive with more supporting actors like Lena Hall, Don Swayze, Josh Pafchek, Kale Browne, Alexander Carstoiu, and Christiano Antidormi joining the movie. Ethan Coen is the younger of the two legendary filmmaker brothers. He along with Joel Coen have given us masterpieces like ‘No Country For Old Men’, ‘Hail, Caesar!’, ‘The Big Lebowski’, ‘A Serious Man’, ‘Fargo’, ‘The Ladykillers’ and many others. Ethan Coen has gone solo with movies like ‘Jerry Lee Lewis: Trouble in Mind’ and the above mentioned ‘Drive Away Dolls’.
The director has gained the trust of the audience be it in the field of drama, a serial killer thriller or an out and out comedy, and he will not disappoint the fans this time too. ‘Honey Don’t’ is being eagerly awaited by fans, while the release date and other details are yet to be revealed.
