The Crunchyroll Anime Awards aka The Anime Awards, a global event that recognises the anime shows, characters, and artists that fans around the world love most, will happen this year in Tokyo and viewers in India will be able to steam it live on SonyLIV.
Since 2017 these awards are annually given by the anime streaming service Crunchyroll o recognise the best anime of the previous year. Last year’s anime of the Year award went to ‘Attack on Titan: The Final Season Part 1’.
To be held in Tokyo on 4th March, this year’s award show will have more than 25 categories and will be graced by celebrities like Finn Wolfhard, Hunter Schafer, Robert Rodriguez, Sawa Suzuki, Juju Smith-Schuster, Zelina Vega, Aidan Hutchinson, Roland, Haruka Kaki, Jacob Bertrand and more.
7th edition of The Anime Award show will be hosted by Sally Amaki and Jon Kabira and will start streaming live on SonyLIV from 3:00 PM IST on 4th March, 2023.
