Interestingly, the Disney Plus Hotstar app is not working on any device whatsoever – not on the mobile app, neither on the laptop or smart TVs, and not even on service providers like Jio Fibre and Tata Play. The only message one gets when one tries to open the Disney Plus Hotstar app is – “Something went wrong. Please try again later”. Or “Network Error: Unable to connect to Disney Plus Hotstar”.
There are also numerous queries on the Help handle of Disney Plus Hotstar regarding the outage on the streaming platform. Every query has received the same reply from the Disney Plus Hotstar social media team, which is “Hi! We are seeing some unforseen technical issues across our apps and web. Our team is working on this to ensure this resolved asap. We regret the inconvenience caused”.
