From Hazaron Khwahishe Aisi to Gulaal, Kay Kay Menon has always delivered a solid memorable performance that made the audience fall in love with him a little more everytime.
Although Raj & DK’s latest release Citadel: Honey Bunny unfortunately falls short of showcasing his full artistic potential, offering little to highlight his remarkable talent.
Raj & DK’s previous projects, like Farzi and The Family Man, were massive successes, and while their latest release has also garnered a positive response, it hasn’t reached the same level of acclaim. Though audiences enjoyed the show overall, many fans felt that Kay Kay Menon’s talent was not fully utilised.
Guru, had immense potential that ultimately went unexplored. Many found it disappointing to see such a promising role fall short of its possibilities.
Though Menon’s character had limited screen time, fans embraced his performance wholeheartedly. Yet, given his three-decade-long career filled with exceptional work, they couldn’t help but expect more from him.
The directors missed an opportunity to make Guru’s character more impactful; despite a few notable scenes, he lacked the depth and intrigue needed to be truly compelling.
Overall, the show has everyone talking—whether it’s praise for the brilliance of certain characters or critique over the ones that fell a bit flat.
