Hulu’s hit series ’Only Murders In The Building’ has been renewed for season 5. This announcement comes just over a week after the debut of season 4 that will continue till October 29. Just like the previous season, this fifth instalment will also consist of 10 episodes. In India ‘Only Murders In The Building’ is available on Disney+ Hotstar.
A comedic murder mystery series for the ages, ‘Only Murder In The Building’ comes from the minds of Steve Martin, Dan Fogelman and John Hoffman. The series follows three strangers who share an obsession with true crime and suddenly find themselves wrapped up in one.
As per the official synopsis “in season four of ‘Only Murder In The Building’, Charles, Oliver and Mabel (played by Steve Martin, Martin Short and Selena Gomez) wrestle with the shocking events at the end of season three surrounding Charles’ stunt double and friend Sazz Pataki. Questioning whether Sazz or Charleswas the intended victim, our trio’s investigation leads them all the way to Los Angeles where a Hollywood studio is readying a film about the Only Murders podcast. As our mature sleuths race back to New York, they embark on an even more epic journey – traversing their buildings courtyard to delve into the twisted lives of the Arconia’s West Tower residents.”
‘Only Murders In The Building’ has been a massive hit and immensely popular ever since season one and has received great critical reviews as well. All four seasons have an incredible average critical approval rating of 97% on Rotten Tomatoes. In fact, the third season of the show went on to receive as many as 21 Emmy nominations.
