Disney+ Hotstar has dropped the trailer of its upcoming shorts series ‘Ice Age: Scrat Tales’ and its all things cute. Produced by Anthony Nisi, ‘Ice Age: Scrat Tales’ will debut on Disney+ Hotstar on 13th April, 2022.
The trailer features Scrat, a squirrel, who lives in the Ice Age and while on his hunt for Acorn one day he finds his son, a baby squirrel. From there begins Scrat’s heartwarming journey of parenthood as he and Baby Scrat take on new adventures together.
Their hunt for Acorn more than often lands them in dangerous yet hilarious situations. The series of mishaps and all the crazy things they go together brings them closer and makes the viewers fall in love with these adorable squirrels.
As per Disney+ Hotstar, ‘Ice Age: Scrat Tales’ is a series of six all-new animated shorts starring Scrat, the hapless saber-toothed squirrel of the “Ice Age” adventures, who experiences the ups and downs of fatherhood, as he and the adorable, mischievous Baby Scrat, alternately bond with each other and battle for ownership of the highly treasured Acorn.
Chris Wedges and Karl Wahlgren have lend their voices for Scrat and Baby Scrat respectively in ‘Ice Age: Scrat Tales’. Robert L. Baird and Andrew Millstein serve as executive producers for the series.
