This is determined by the number of pageviews these titles are generating on IMDb. Each title is then ranked by IMDb as per the aggregate number of pageviews.
As far as today’s Indian films and series are concerned, the most anticipated release is the Malayalam language romantic comedy movie ‘Oh My Darling’. It features Anikha Surendran and Melvin G Babu in the roles of two lovers who must overcome an adverse situation for their love to win.
The second most anticipated Indian title on IMDb is the comedy drama movie ‘Sefiee’ starring Akshay Kumar and Emraan Hashmi. The story is about a popular movie star, who takes the help of his fan, a motor vehicle inspector, to urgently get his license renewed. But a misunderstanding causes a fierce ego-clash between them.
And the third most anticipated Indian title on IMDb is Luv Ranjan’s romantic comedy film ‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar’ featuring Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor.
As far as Indian OTT is concerned, two titles have made it to IMDb’s most anticipated titles list. They are the Manoj Bajpayee and Sharmila Tagore starrer family drama movie ‘Gulmohar’ and the Netflix crime drama series ‘Rana Naidu’ featuring Rana Daggubati and his real-life uncle and veteran actor Venkatesh Daggubati in the lead roles of an estranged father-son duo.
