Malayalam superstar, Indrajith Sukumaran, dropped the first look poster for his upcoming feature film, ‘Pathaam Valavu’ on his social media profiles. The film, which is expected to release early next year, will be an investigative thriller – with Indrajith and Suraj Venjaramoodu leading the Malayalam film. This poster drop has been released as a New Year treat, by the film producers. Check out the Malayalam and English posters down below:

So far, nothing much about the film is known. Well, except for the fact that it is based on a true incident that happened a few years ago in Kerala – which has not been elaborated on. However, the title launch for this film happened months ago; in August, and the music gave off very clear vibes of a thriller drama. That promo can be viewed on YouTube or down below as well:
Here is what we do know about the film – the creative minds behind the Joju George starrer, ‘Joseph’, writer Abhilash Pillai and director M Padmakumar returns, to take up the same roles in this same investigative thriller as well. As mentioned earlier, Indrajith Sukumaran and Suraj Venjaramoodu will star in this feature and joining them are Ajmal Ameer, Sudheer Karamana, Sohan Seenu Lal, Major Ravi, Rajesh Sharma, Edavela Babu, Nandan Unni, Jayakrishnan, Shaju Sridhar, Nishtar Ahmed, Thushara Pillai, Ambili and Kanmani. Mumbai Movie Studios (MMS), a Bollywood production house, will be making its debut in Malayalam cinema and will co-produce the film alongside UGM Productions, Dr. Produced by Zachariah Thomas, Sreejith Ramachandran, Jijo Kavanal and Prince Paul.
