Doctor is written and directed by Nelson Dilipkumar. It stars Sivakarthikeyan, Priyanka Arul Mohan, Vinay Rai, Zaara Vineet, Yogi babu amongst others. Sivakarthikeyan also serves as the producer of this film as KJR Studios acts as the co-producer as well as the distributor of the film. Anirudh Ravichander is the music director of the film.

Doctor has completed all of the formalities that are required for a release as it received a U/A certification and a runtime of 2hrs 28mins. This will be the first time that Sivakarthikeyan film will receive a U/A certificate and it is mostly because of the theme that the movie will tackle.
The film is touted to be an action-comedy thriller. While there isn’t any clear information on the detailed plot it seems to revolve around use of drugs and the bloodshed in a few of the action sequences may have prompted the censor board to give it a U/ A certificate.
There has been a lot of uncertainty towards the film and the studio had also released a statement regarding the film. The fans have been asking for updates every day but the producers are trying their best to come out with a solution that is best for everyone as the country is facing a massive surge right now and people are losing close ones more than ever.
With all of these things covered the fans are eagerly waiting for an announcement regarding the release date of the film but the unpredictability of the situation makes it tough to say anything.
