Zee5 is coming soon with their next original series called Duranga. Needless to say, Duranga means “one with two colors” in Hindi. The series is going to release on the 19th of August and thankfully, Zee5 is promoting with all their might.
Given the subscriber base of Zee5, it is pretty obvious that they must work to earn a wider spectrum of customers.
It is no news that K-Dramas are extremely popular amongst people and especially youngsters. Thus Netflix, Disney+Hotstar, and MX Player constantly strive to release more and more K-Dramas. Snowdrop on Hotstar and numerous others on Netflix and MX Players often keep the K-Drama lovers engaged.
Zee5 is moving a step ahead and bringing a remake of a hit Korean series called “Flower Of Evil”.
But that’s not the problem. The audience of Hindi films and the OTT industry are habitual to remakes.
But there is something unusual about that. In all the promotional posts they are posting, they are always ending by saying “An Official Adaptation Of the Korean Drama ‘Flower Of Evil’.”
This you can find in every post related to Duranga. It is kinda weird because no one crows about a remake as much as Zee5 is doing with Duranga.
Flower Of Evil is a popular series and is already streaming on MX Player for free. Quite obviously, this is evident that Zee5 is playing the game on Flower Of Evil.
