We still remember, the last time the friends sat together and had their “Chinese Food”, a family was created, and we heard the song “Our whole universe was in a hot, dense state, Then nearly fourteen billion years ago expansion started, wait..”
The final episode of “The Big Bang Theory” still makes some of us cry.
But, here is sad news: The Big Bang Theory prequel, “Young Sheldon” starring Iain Armitage, Annie Potts, and co. is now wrapping with its seventh and final season.
This farewell is much more heavier, because now we have seen the whole childhood of our most favourite Sheldon Cooper.
For Potts, it is far too hard to wrap up the show as the actor revealed that she was devastated by the news of the show ending with the seventh season.
While the show is still on its peak, the creators Chuck Lorre and Steven Molaro, decided to end it. It’s better to end something when it’s still desirable, otherwise it only becomes repetitive.
The 71-year-old actress is now in grief as she is not yet ready to say goodbye to the show, she said in an interview, “I mean, it’s been half of Ian’s life, and it’s been a 10th of mine, but at 70, that feels significant. And, you know, it’s a little village that we have, and we’ve all taken care of each other and raised each other up. There will be a grievous hole in my life. There’s no question about it. It’ll get easier. Grief does, loss does.”
Before the series loses its pure essence, the creators are ending it. Although Potts is not happy with the decision but fans are supporting the decision of the director, they are commenting, “better stop it while it’s still good”, “it’s always surprising when a successful show comes to an end. but perhaps this opens up new opportunities for the talented cast and crew of ‘young sheldon’’
Another fan commented, “Want to bet the actors’ contracts are up and someone has a script for “Teenage Sheldon” floating around.”
That’s so beautiful that fans are not yet ready to let go of Sheldon, but still they want to end it on a good note, where in their memory only good ideas will live off.
