A new update from the streaming giant has left fans of the crime drama speculating whether the Mirzapur Season 3 release date is just around the corner. The update itself is innocuous enough. Prime Video India’s X handle merely posted the iconic ‘Mirzapur’ milestone on its feed, with the caption “I know a place”.
But it was enough to send Mirzapur fans into overdrive, even though Prime Video didn’t post anything further, regarding Mirzapur Season 3 or its release date. Is Prime Video India actually teasing Mirzapur Season 3? Or is it merely a ruse?

Prime Video India’s blockbuster show ‘Mirzapur’ has won legions of fans, ever since it premiered on the platform, way back in 2018. The characters of Kaleen Bhaiya, Guddu and Bablu, Munna Tripathi, Beena, Golu, among others, effortlessly barreled their way into the hearts of audiences with their unique characterisations and shenanigans. After grabbing our complete attention, Mirzapur sent shockwaves among viewers with stunning twists in the story.
Mirzapur Season 2 carried on in the same vein, leveraging the legacy of the debut season in intriguing ways. The story moved ahead with new characters taking centrestage, older and popular characters making unexpected exits and more. The story ended on a cliffhanger, leaving viewers on tenterhooks about the fate of the series.
It’s been three years since Mirzapur Season 2 premiered on Prime Video. Fans of the crime drama have been waiting with bated breath for Mirzapur Season 3 to make an appearance on Prime Video India, but to no avail.
