The official teaser of a Malayalam movie has been posted by the crew on their YouTube channel. How is it going to engage the audience? What are its expectations?
‘Parakramam’ (Eng. Valiance) is expected to be a coming-of-age action drama written and directed by Arjun Ramesh where Harris Desom and Millenial Films will be bankrolling the film.
As the teaser suggests, the storyline is based on college life and revenge which will mostly speak about the inner conflicts of the students that seem to be a conventional pattern with no novelty in narrative.
The technical labour includes the handling of cinematography by Salu K Thomas, editing overseen by Kiran Das, and music composed by Anoop Nirichan respectively. Also, the stunt choreography by Phoenix Prabhu, P C Stunts, and Ashraf Gurukkal seem promising and hoped to give a satiable theatre experience.
Another limitation is that the story idea and cast have similarities to the highly acclaimed movie ‘Vaazha’ which can be a tiresome repetition with no distinctiveness in performances.
Actors Dev Mohan, Siju Sunny, Joemon Jyothir, Sangeetha, Amith Mohan Rajeshwari, Renji Panicker, Sona Olickal, Ravi Khemu, and Sachin Lal D play important roles in the film.
The movie is expected to release on big screens on the 22nd of November and stay tuned in Binged for more updates regarding ‘Parakramam’.
