The official trailer for JioCinema’s upcoming release ‘Ishq Next Door’ is out now. The movie is a romantic drama and it will premiere on the 3rd of July this year. It will be available to watch for free on the platform.
The film will tell the story of a young boy and a young girl who live in the same locality and eventually fall in love. The boy has a brother who gives him a lot of advice regarding the relationship and suggests that he proposes to her and marry before the magic disappears. As far as we get to know from the trailer, it will be a romantic comedy with many gags and jokes and some heartfelt emotional moments of romance as well. But we will have to watch the movie to know how well the makers execute the drama. It is such an overdone genre, that there is not much to do in it and the trailer is also average, promising another cliché drama similar to all the other ones.
The series is produced by JioStudios and Rusk Studios. The story and screenplay is written by Akhil Sachdeva and the director is Akhilesh Vats. The Cast includes actors like Purab Jha, Natasha Bharadwaj, Mrinal Dutta. The performances in the trailer seem okayish and manageable but nothing extraordinary.
There is, actually, a huge audience waiting for such lighthearted romantic comedies where there is not much to put the mind into works. So, ‘Ishq Next Door’ too will find its audience and maybe will be a good success. If you like such simple shows, you can watch the film when it releases on the 3rd of July.
