The ‘Wolf Like Me’ star Isla Fisher is the latest addition to join the cast of Universal’s animated comedy “Strays”. Recently comedian Randall Park had joined the cast making it all the more really very exciting. Will Ferrell, Jamie Foxx, Will Forte and Randall Park form the main voice-cast.
The film follows an abandoned dog played by Ferrell teaming up with other stray dogs to get revenge from his former rude owner played by Forte. He also finds a loyal companion and friend in another stray voiced by Jamie Foxx’. However no details regarding Fisher’s character has been divulged yet.
“Barb and Star Go to Vista Del Mar” director Josh Greenbaum helms “Strays”. Touted as a combination of both CGI and live-action, Dan Perrault of “American Vandal” pens the script for this animated adult comedy. Greenbaum is also producing the film alongside Picturestart.
Slated for a June 9,2023 release, the film is distributed by Universal Pictures. With a packed cast, Strays definitely is going to be one hell of a belly chuckling ride and we absolutely can’t wait. Stay tuned for more updates.
