The much-awaited new season of spy thriller series ‘Jack Ryan’ is now streaming on Prime Video across the world. Despite it being the middle of the week, excited fans of the series have already begun binge-watching ‘Jack Ryan’ Season 3 eagerly. But they’ve discovered, to their surprise and annoyance, that all’s not right with the streaming of the new season of Jack Ryan Season 3.
As per numerous annoyed tweets on social media, most episodes of Jack Ryan Season 3 have a major issue with the sync between the audio and video. The audio is out of sync in almost all the episodes except one. The problem is the most pronounced in Episode 2 of the new series. As per several Prime Video users, the audio lag in Jack Ryan Season 3 is so annoying that it has made the series, especially Episode 2, “unwatchable”.
The audio lag problem is not restricted to just one region, but is prevalent across countries, including in India and the USA.
Here’s one International user complaining of the same on Twitter –
@PrimeVideo Maybe instead of releasing Jack Ryan season 3 a day early, you could make sure the audio/video sync is correct.
Episode 2 unwatchable!

And a couple of Indian users irked with the same issue –
I thought it’s my TV but now super convinced, the audio and video of Jack Ryan season 3 episodes are out of sync! bummer! @PrimeVideo

Several other Jack Ryan fans vented their anger on Twitter –
Is anyone else having problems with sound/picture matching up on season 3 of Jack Ryan?? First episode was fine. 2nd and 3rd don’t match up. And it’s bad @PrimeVideo @amazon

Episode 3nis just as bad… I suffered through 2 hoping it was limited to only that one. Nope…ep 3 sucks too!! Hey @AmazonHelp care to fix it?

Jack Ryan Season 3 is out. However Amazon Prime hasn't fixed the audio sync. Pretty bad when you have to change the ouput to fix the issue yourself. pic.twitter.com/KzUGT0NBwF

@PrimeVideo why is the audio 2 seconds out of sync on every episode except the first of season 3 Jack Ryan? #jackryan #audiodelay

The lack of audio-video sync is more prevalent on certain devices – TV sets, Fire Stick, Roku and others. Most of those who are watching Jack Ryan Season 3 on their mobiles are not facing any such audio lag.
Prime Video has acknowledged that there is an issue with the audio of Jack Ryan Season 3, and that they are trying their best to set things right.
Prime Video tweeted this –
“We are aware of an audio issue on some devices for Season 3 of Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan and are working quickly to resolve. We will continue to update. Thank you for your patience.”
