Several days ago, news dropped of Jacqueline Fernandez making her Kannada film debut with Kiccha Sudeep‘s upcoming film “Vikrant Rona“. Ever since, fans of the fiesty actress have been waiting breathlessly for a glimpse of Jacqueline Fernandez from Vikrant Rona. Even keener is their anticipation to know more about Jacqueline’s role in the fantasy action adventure film.
This afternoon, the makers of Vikrant Rona fulfilled the wishes of fans when they revealed Jacqueline Fernández’s look from the film. The lady looks lovely and lissome in the poster that is set in a fantastical backdrop, made all the more enigmatic with burning torches and flickering candles in the background. Her character is called the exotic-sounding “Gadang Rakkamma”, aka Raquel D’Costa. She’s dressed to impress in an alluring outfit of green blouse and a shimmery skirt in rich maroon.
Jacqueline Fernandez role in Vikrant Rona is apparently an extended cameo, where she’ll play a partner-in-crime of sorts to Kiccha Sudeep’s titular character. Interestingly, the film will release in 3D, adding to the excitement of a fantasy action adventure and thriller. Besides Kiccha Sudeep and Jacqueline Fernandez, the film features Nirup Bhandari and debutante Neetha Ashok in lead roles. Vikrant Rona is written and directed by Anup Bhandari, and produced by Jack Manjunath, under his banner, Shalini Arts. Kiccha Sudeep himself, and Alankar Pandian are co-producers of the film.
Vikrant Rona is slated to release in 3D, worldwide on 19th August.
